Spacing Toronto has published an interview with Brian as part of their “Headspace” series of “interviews with fascinating and influential urban thinkers, with a focus on discussing how Toronto can become a more engaged, accessible, and sustainable city.”

Brian is Chair of the waterfront advocacy group Community Air. Spacing spoke with him about the tunnel that the Toronto Port Authority has proposed building to the Toronto City Centre Airport.
