Iler Campbell booth at the Golden Horseshoe Co-operative Housing Federation January 25, 2025 event

We were happy to attend the Golden Horseshoe Co‑operative Housing Federation’s annual winter workshop event on January 25th, 2025, at White Oaks Resort in Niagara on the Lake.

Michael Hackl presented at one of the morning workshops, “Aging in Place”, providing an overview of accommodating co‑op members with specific age-related needs.

In the afternoon, Safia Lakhani and Hunter Stone gave a presentation titled “Behavioural Challenges: The Threshold for Eviction” where they discussed management of behavioural issues among co‑op members and, if necessary, how to proceed with eviction.
