I’m part of the transactional team at Iler Campbell and was called to the bar in 2016. I have a general corporate and commercial practice, with a focus on real estate transactions. I advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, property management and development matters. Many of my clients are non-profit housing providers or land trusts providing much needed affordable housing across Ontario.
In my undergraduate, I studied Kinesiology and Health Sciences at Queen’s University. I went to Osgoode Hall Law School at York University where I took a keen interest in solicitor-type work, especially related to property tenure and development. I have been fortunate to work in a variety of law settings, including, in-house counsel, large and mid-sized firms, and in the public sector for government.
I'm happy to continue my practice here at Iler Campbell, supporting and working with Canada’s charitable and non-profit groups.
I was introduced to the firm when I sat on the Acquisition Committee and Board of the Neighbourhood Land Trust. I am pleased to see the growing number of land trusts across Canada.
