I’ve been with Iler Campbell since 1999, after articling at another law firm. My main areas of practice include advising non-profits and charities on governance and regulatory matters, preparing and reviewing contracts, commercial leasing and commercial real estate transactions, employment-related matters and condominium development.
Prior to studying law, I completed graduate studies in philosophy and theology in Toronto, Chicago and Paris. Currently I’m on the board of directors of L’Arche Toronto and am a member of the Governing Council of Regis College in the University of Toronto (Regis College is the Jesuit Faculty of Theology in Canada). I also participate in the Regulatory Affairs Committee of the Ontario Co-operative Association.
