I am an associate who was called to the bar in 2019 and am part of the transactional team at Iler Campbell. My practice focuses on corporate/commercial and charity law matters, and I am actively growing my real estate law practice, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, property management, and development matters.

Before joining Iler Campbell, I maintained a corporate and commercial law practice with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, startup law, corporate finance, and capital markets. I assist businesses with general corporate needs, including business formation and contract review. In the non-profit and charity sector, I advise clients on charity registrations and corporate governance matters.

I earned my law degree from the University of London, where I developed an interest in solicitor work while volunteering at the Start-Ed Pro Bono Legal Clinic. There, I assisted small business owners and tech startups with corporate, commercial, employment, and intellectual property law matters. I also completed a master’s degree in Public Policy, Administration, and Law from York University.

I am involved in my community through both legal and non-legal roles. I have held various leadership positions on the board of Young Women in Law, including Vice President, Director of Memberships, and Director of Sponsorship. I have also mentored aspiring legal and business professionals through the Women’s Law Association of Ontario’s Mentor Match program and the SheMentors program at Young Women in Business. Currently, I volunteer with Access Community Capital Fund as a pitch competition judge and member of the loan review committee.
