Krish Sivagopal, Associate

After earning my Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Buckingham and my Master of Laws from the University of Toronto, I’ve gained diverse legal experience in roles such as in-house counsel for a real estate developer, associate counsel at the Law Society of Ontario, and civil litigator. Now, as part of Iler Campbell, I’m delighted to leverage my expertise in corporate/commercial and real estate law to support causes I truly care about.

From negotiating commercial leases to offering corporate restructuring advice, I help clients navigate legal challenges with clarity and practicality. I’m dedicated to building strong, trusting relationships and strive to be approachable, responsive, and focused on my clients’ needs. I provide legal services in English, French, and Tamil and value the opportunity to connect with a diverse range of people.

Outside of work, I’m committed to giving back to the community, from rebuilding homes with Habitat for Humanity in New Orleans to raising awareness with Food Allergy Canada. Before becoming a lawyer, I completed a Bachelor of Science at McGill University and worked in osteoporosis research in my hometown of Montreal. When I’m not practicing law, you will find me travelling with my family, capturing moments through amateur photography, or, most recently, auditioning for “The Great Canadian Baking Show.”
